How much is the cost for cleaning ?
Studio is always the same price.
Note: We count a half bath as one; so 2.5 baths is 3 baths.
How does tipping work?
Tipping is always appreciated but completely optional! Also, you can send it to us via venmo @bluelakehc with the name and appointment date so we can make sure it gets to the right people!
Do you send the same cleaners each time?
We try to send you the same team members to your home because they know the place and what areas need more focus. It's better for everyone.
What about with special surfaces?
If you have a special surface in your home like specially treated hardwood floors or marble, please let us know in advance what specific care needs to be taken for that special surface. You can always provide specific products for our team to use.

What is your refund policy?
We can provide refunds for damaged items. We do not provide refunds for dissatisfied customers, but we are happy to come back and fix the mistakes within 48 hours. Any refunds are not to exceed the cost of the service provided.
We do not shampoo, steam clean, or spot clean fabrics like curtains, sofas, or upholstery. Laundry and blinds are both available with an additional fee.

What about with cancellation or lockout?
The team Bluelake organizes the schedule with time for our team members, so you have 48 hours to cancel the service but if you cancel within 24 hours of the start time the fee is $100.
